At Arufood, we are committed to delivering high-quality food and beverage products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict yet customer-friendly return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or tampered.
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
  • The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages are generally non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products will not be accepted.
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice will not be eligible.

3. Return Request Process

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Clear images/videos of the issue

4. Verification & Approval

  • Our team will review the request within 1–2 working days.
  • If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide further instructions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
    • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Replacement Policy

  • If available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on product availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

8. Important Notes

  • Arufood reserves the right to reject returns if the conditions are not met.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
